Israeli Colonizers Injure A Palestinian And His Three Sons Near Hebron

On Thursday, illegal Israeli colonizers invaded a Palestinian olive orchard and assaulted a Palestinian man and three of his sons in the Shiokh town, northeast of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Ahmad Monir Halayqa said several colonizers from the Asfar illegal colony, built on stolen Palestinian lands in the area, attacked Ayed Ahmad Halayqa, 60, and his sons Mohammad, Hamed, and Omar, while picking their olive trees in the Al-Majales area.

Ahmad added that Ayed and his sons suffered various cuts, fractures, and bruises, especially to their heads, faces, and legs, and were all rushed to Alia governmental hospital in Hebron, suffering moderate wounds.

It is worth mentioning that the colonizer recently attacked many farmers in the area and tried to force them out of their lands.

Israeli Soldiers Abduct Three Palestinians In Bethlehem And Nablus

On Friday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted three Palestinians from their homes in Bethlehem and Nablus, in the occupied West Bank. Illegal Israeli colonizers also attacked homes south of Nablus.

Several army jeeps invaded the Deheishe refugee camp south of Bethlehem before the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes and abducted Mohammad Monjid Lahham, 28, and Karam Nasri Abed-Rabbu, 32.

In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated the Askar Al-Jadid refugee camp east of the city and abducted a former political prisoner, Ahmad Qatanani, from his home.

In addition, illegal Israeli colonizers attacked several Palestinian homes in Madama village, south of Nablus.

In related news, protests occurred near the Al-Jalama military roadblock, west of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, before a protester hurled a pipe bomb at it.

Israeli Soldiers Attack Procession Demanding Release Of Slain Palestinian’s Corpse

On Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers attacked a nonviolent procession in the At-Tour town, occupied Jerusalem, demanding the release of the corpse of a Palestinian killed by the army in September.

The Palestinians marched carrying posters of the slain Palestinian, Mohammad Osama Abu Jom’a, 23, who Israeli soldiers killed on September 22.

Israeli soldiers surrounded the procession and fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades at the Palestinians, forcing them to disperse.

Israeli sources claimed Mohammad mildly injured eight Israeli colonizers after allegedly “lunging at a car, tried to open its doors, and attacked the Israelis with a knife and pepper spray before he was killed.”

The family said it demands the right to hold an official funeral and burial ceremony, but the Israeli army refuses to transfer his corpse in an act of illegal collective punishment meant to inflict more suffering.

Israeli Army fires Missiles Into Gaza

The Israeli Army fired missiles targeting several areas in the besieged Gaza Strip after the missile interception system observed the launch of three shells that did not make it across the perimeter fence and one that the Iron Dome downed.

The Army said the Iron Dome missiles interception system managed to down one projectile reportedly fired from Gaza.

It added that three projectiles, reportedly fired from Gaza, did not make it across the perimeter fence and landed in an open area close to it.

Damage was also reported to some homes in Sderot across the perimeter fence in the western Negev.

Furthermore, the army claimed it targeted an underground facility used by the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, to manufacture and assemble shells in central Gaza Strip.

According to Israeli sources, missile siren systems were sounded shortly after nine at night, especially in the colonies of Kissufim, Nirim, and Ha’shlosha.

Israeli military and security officials said they believe the Islamic Jihad was behind the shells firing in retaliation to the death of Farouq Salama, one of its fighters who was assassinated in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank. During the attack, the soldiers also killed a child, Samer Khallouf, 14.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said the Army fired missiles into one of its centers near the main entrance of the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.

Earlier Thursday, the soldiers killed two Palestinians, Amer Halabiyya, 20, from Beit Hanina, and Daoud Mahmoud Rayyan, 42, from Beit Duqqu, near occupied Jerusalem.

Palestinian Fighters Fire Shells From Gaza For First Time Since August

On Thursday, Israeli soldiers confirmed that, for the first time since August, Palestinian fighters fired shells from Gaza into colonies across the perimeter fence in retaliation for the assassination of a senior member of the group in Jenin, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli army said the Iron Dome missiles interception system downed three shells, adding that three other shells landed on lands in Gaza.

Israeli Ynet News quoted an Israeli army spokesperson stating that the rocket siren alarms were sounded in Ein Ha’shlosha, Kissufim, and Nirim colonies adjacent to the Gaza Strip.

In a statement, the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, said it fired the shells to retaliate against the Thursday assassination of Farouq Jamil Hasan Salama, 28, in Jenin, and the killing of a child, Mohammad Samer Khallouf, 14.

Including A Child, Israeli Soldiers Kill Two Palestinians In Jenin

On Thursday, Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinians, including a child, and injured at least four others, in Jenin and Jenin refugee camp, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed that undercover Israeli soldiers shot Farouq Jamil Hasan Salama, 28, in the head, chest, and abdomen, causing serious wounds.

It added that the Palestinian was rushed to Jenin governmental hospital but succumbed to his profoundly serious wounds.

The Palestinian News & Info Agency (WAFA) said Farouq was engaged, and his wedding was scheduled to be held Saturday.

The Israeli army said it invaded the Jenin refugee camp to arrest Farouq, a member of the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, before exchanging fire with him and other Palestinian fighters.

Israeli National News said the invasion was carried out by member of Border Police’s “undercover Arab unit”, operating with Israeli soldiers and the Israel Security Agency – Shabak.

The Israeli army was also trying to abduct another Palestinian in the Jenin refugee camp but were unable to do so due to the fire exchange and withdrew from the area.

The soldiers also killed a child, Mohammad Samer Khallouf, 14, from Burqin town, west of Jenin, after shooting him with live fire in Jenin refugee camp.

The Palestinian was shot after many army vehicles invaded Jenin and Jenin refugee camp and surrounded a shop, leading to protests, before the army fired a barrage of live fire.

Updated: Israeli Soldiers Kill A Palestinian In Jerusalem’s Old City

On Thursday, Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian after an alleged stabbing attack targeting soldiers near the Council Gate in the Old City of the occupied Palestinian capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Update: Many Israeli soldiers invaded the home of the slain Palestinian in Beit Hanina, north of occupied Jerusalem, and abducted his parents.

Update: The Palestinian has been identified as Amer Husam Bader, 20, from Abu Dis town, east of Jerusalem.

Israeli daily, Haaretz, said the Palestinian stabbed a police officer before other soldiers in the area opened fire at the Palestinian and killed him.

One of the injured police officers, 30 years of age, suffered moderate wounds, and another officer, 25, suffered mild wounds.

The moderately injured officer, who remained alert, was moved to Shaarei Zedek Medical Center for treatment, while the second officer suffered wounds to the lower parts of his body and received treatment at the site.

Following the incident, dozens of soldiers were deployed in the area and closed all streets leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound.

The army also installed many roadblocks, stopped and searched dozens of Palestinians, and interrogated many while inspecting their ID cards.

The incident came shortly after dozens of Israeli soldiers and police officers accompanied groups of illegal Israeli colonizers into the courtyard of the Al-Aqsa Mosque after forcing the Palestinian out.

Israeli Soldiers Kill A Palestinian In Beit Duqqu Near Jerusalem

Early Thursday morning, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the death of a Palestinian man whom Israeli soldiers shot in Beit Duqqu town, northwest of the occupied capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

The Health Ministry said the Palestinian, Daoud Mahmoud Khalil Rayyan, 42, was shot by Israeli soldiers with a live round in the heart.

The Palestinian was shot when many army jeeps invaded the town, leading to protests, and fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades at the protesters and surrounding areas.

He was shot while standing in his home’s front yard due to random Israeli military fire.

The soldiers closed the area and delayed a Palestinian ambulance rushing to him for more than thirty minutes.

An Eyewitness, Mustafa Mansour, said he was one of a few Palestinians who rushed to aid the wounded man and added that the soldiers looked at Daoud and briefly examined him before they said that he was dead, then left the area.

Rayyan was rushed to a hospital where he was officially pronounced dead due to the gunshot wound to his heart and the resulting massive bleeding, internally and externally.

On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted at least nineteen Palestinians, including children and former political prisoners, from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank.

The soldiers invaded and ransacked dozens of homes across the West Bank, causing damage, and interrogated many Palestinians.

The army also installed roadblocks, stopped and searched dozens of cars and interrogated scores of Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

In addition, the army invaded Bruqin town, west of Salfit in the central West Bank, and demolished an agricultural room in the northern part of the town.

Updated: Israeli Soldiers Abduct seven Palestinians In Nablus And Jenin

On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted seven Palestinians from Nablus and Jenin, in the northern parts of the occupied West Bank.

Several army jeeps invaded various neighborhoods in Nablus before the soldiers stormed and searched homes.

The soldiers then abducted Mohammad Fattoum and Khaled Ala’ Tawil from the Al-Marreekh Street area and Samsam Al-At’out from the Northern Mountain area.

In addition, the soldiers invaded and ransacked the home of Mohammad Jouri in the At-Tal Street area in Nablus and abducted him.

The soldiers also reopened the Huwwara military roadblock south of Nablus and removed the dirty hills that were installed at the entrance of Deir Sharaf village and Zawata road.

In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Tareq Ghassan Zogheibi, from his home in the Kharrouba neighborhood.

The soldiers also abducted Adham Amour and Nooruddin Masharqa, from Ya’bad town, west of Jenin, while crossing a military roadblock near Kafrit village junction.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, before storming and violently searching the home of a former political prisoner, Bassam Maslamani.

Bassam is a political leader of the Popular Struggle Front and a member of the coordination committee between the Palestinian political factions.

Also, the soldiers abducted five Palestinians in Ramallah and Bethlehem after invading their homes and searching them.
