On Friday, Israeli soldiers shot a young Palestinian man in Beit Duqqu town, northwest of Jerusalem, in the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said many Palestinians protested in the town, condemning the serious Israeli escalation in various parts of the West Bank, especially in Jenin and Nablus, and the killing of three Palestinian Friday, in addition to a detainee who died from his wounds.
The sources added that the soldiers attacked the protesters near the gate of the Annexation Wall at the main street between Beit Duqqu and Beit Ijza and fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs at them.
Palestinian medics said the soldiers shot a young man in a rubber-coated steel bullet in the back, causing minor injuries.
In related news, the soldiers invaded Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, leading to protests, and fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades.
