Israeli Soldiers Injure Dozens Of Palestinians In Hebron

On Thursday, Israeli soldiers injured dozens of Palestinians in several parts of the Hebron governorate in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

The soldiers invaded several areas in Sa’ir town, northeast of Hebron, leading to protests before firing many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

Medical sources said the soldiers shot a young man with a live round in the leg near the main entrance of Sa’ir and caused dozens, including many in their homes, to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Protests also took place near Beit Einoun junction, northwest of Hebron, before the soldiers shot at least three young men with rubber-coated steel bullets and caused many Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation, cuts, and bruises.

Furthermore, the soldiers installed many roadblocks on Hebron’s northern and southern roads and closed Beit Einoun, blocking access to Hebron city and Sa’ir town.

On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers killed Osama Mahmoud Adawi, 18, and injured several others during protests that occurred at the entrance of the Al-Arroub refugee camp north of Hebron.
