Israeli Soldiers Injure Many Palestinians, Abduct Several Palestinians, Near Jerusalem

On Saturday evening, Israeli soldiers invaded Shu’fat refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem in the West Bank, leading to protests before the soldiers fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades, wounding many Palestinians; undercover Israeli soldiers also abducted four Palestinians near a military roadblock.

Media sources said several army jeeps invaded Shu’fat, leading to protests before the army fired rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades at the properties and surrounding homes.

They added that many Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation before receiving the needed treatment.

Furthermore, several army jeeps invaded the Dahiat as-Salam area between Shu’fat refugee camp and Anata town, before the soldiers stormed and searched homes and abducted several Palestinians, including a father and his son from the Tamimi family.

In related news, undercover officers intercepted a Palestinian car near Anata military roadblock north of Jerusalem and kidnapped four young men before taking them to an unknown destination.

The Israeli soldiers searched many homes in Anata and Shu’fat and interrogated several Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The army also closed and isolated the Shu’fat refugee camp after claiming shots were fired at the nearby military roadblock.

In Jerusalem city, many army jeeps and police vehicles invaded various areas and streets, including Ras Al-Amoud in Silwan, and installed roadblocks.

Furthermore, the army stopped Palestinian Red Crescent ambulances from entering Anata and the Shu’fat refugee camp.
