On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers shot and seriously injured a young Palestinian man and abducted three, in Rojeeb village, east of Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS) said the soldiers shot a young man in the thigh, striking the main artery, and causing serious wounds.
The PMRS added that the medics rushed the seriously wounded young man to Rafidia hospital in Nablus before he was immediately moved to surgery.
The PMRS also said that the soldiers fired live rounds at one of its ambulances, causing damage.
The incidents occurred when dozens of soldiers surrounded a home in Rojeeb to abduct a Palestinian resistance fighter and fired missiles at the building.
The soldiers abducted three Palestinians and shot four others with live fire, in addition to confiscating a Palestinian car.
The Israeli army said its soldiers exchanged fire with Palestinian fighters in the surrounded home and fired anti-tank missiles at the building, wounding one Palestinian.
The soldiers brought the father of one of the Palestinian fighters to urge him to surrender after the army threatened to bomb and level the building before three fighters surrendered.
