Updated: Soldiers Injure Many Palestinians In Hebron, Colonizer Fires At Children

On Sunday afternoon, Israeli soldiers injured several Palestinians in the al-‘Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Update: The soldiers shot a young man, 19, with a live round in the leg and attacked dozens of students at Palestinian Technical Institute – Kadoorie, near Road#60.

They also caused many to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation, in addition to lacerations and bruises and chased many Palestinians.

The students were marching in condemnation of the Israeli escalation, ongoing illegal occupation, and the killing of Ammar Abu Afifa, 21, a student of Kadoorie, who Israeli soldiers shot near Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, on March 1st, 2022.

The soldiers frequently install roadblocks at the college entrance, or near it, before stopping, searching, and harassing the students, and in many cases, assault them in addition to firing at them.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers closed the main gate of the refugee camp, preventing the Palestinians from entering or leaving it, and invaded the neighborhood close to Road #60, leading to protests.

They added that the soldiers fired many rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades at the Palestinians, causing several residents to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

In related news, fanatic far-right Member of Knesset, Itamar Bin-Gvir, invaded the area along with several colonizers and threatened to kill Palestinian children after he alleged that they hurled stones at his car.

One of the colonizers, only known as Ofar, attacked Palestinian shops near the bypass road and tried to force them to close by, threatening to shoot the Palestinians. At the same time, Israeli soldiers only observed the violation without intervening.

On Sunday at dawn, the soldiers killed Karim Jamal al-Qawasmi, 19, near Bab Hutta gate, north of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, in the occupied capital Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Also, the soldiers abducted nine Palestinians during violent invasions and searches of homes across the occupied West Bank, including the occupied capital, Jerusalem.
