Soldiers Close Hizma Near Jerusalem, Invade Stores

Israeli soldiers invaded, Thursday, the town of Hizma, northeast of the occupied Palestinian capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank, before closing its main road, in addition to confiscating surveillance recordings from many shops after storming and searching them.

Media sources said many army jeeps invaded the town’s main road and closed it, preventing the Palestinians from entering or leaving the area.

They added that many jeeps were deployed in the area before stopping and searching dozens of cars and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The soldiers invaded and ransacked many shops and stores on the main road of  Hizma, interrogated shop owners and customers before confiscating surveillance recordings.

On Wednesday, the soldiers demolished ten commercial installations in Hizma after invading it.
