The sources added that the delegation consisted of 8 people, without specifying the duration of the visit.

The delegation’s visit follows a conference held on Sunday, in which the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works in Gaza, Naji Sarhan, announced that efforts to rebuild what was destroyed by the recent Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip are moving slowly.

Sarhan explained that the dispute that has recently circulated with Egypt is about the “priorities for reconstruction in Gaza” on both the Egyptian and Palestinian sides.

Sarhan stated that Egypt recently began constructing “the Corniche Street with a length of 1.8 km north of Gaza, in addition to preparing plans for three residential communities to be established in Gaza, with a total of more than 3,000 housing units, as well as preparing plans for the construction of two bridges in the city’s streets.”
