During November 2021, ‘Israel’ arrested 402 Palestinians, including 66 children

Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli occupation authorities arrested 402 Palestinians during the month of November only, including 66 children and 3 women.

In a report released on Saturday by Palestinian prisoners groups, including Addameer, Palestine Prisoners’ Society and the Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and ex-Detainees’ Affairs, the groups said that ‘Israel’ arrested 402 Palestinians during November 2021.

Among those arrested are 66 children, all under the age of 18, and 3 women.

During the month of November, ‘Israel’ arrested 160 Palestinians from occupied Jerusalem only, 54 of those arrested are children.

‘Israel’ also issued 123 administrative detention orders: 39 new orders and 84 renewal orders.

There are now 4550 Palestinians held in Israeli occupation jails, including 32 women, 170 minors, and 500 administrative detainees held without charge or trial.

There are also 70 Palestinian prisoners from the 1948-occupied-territories, 350 Jerusalemite prisoners, and 230 Gaza prisoners.

Among the prisoners are 25 Palestinian prisoners, who were arrested before the Oslo Accords, 499 prisoners serving sentences above 20 years, 544 prisoners serving life sentences, and 104 prisoners serving more than 20 years.

Since 1967, the groups said, 72 Palestinian prisoners died inside Israeli jails due to deliberate medical negligence.

In 2020 only, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 4,634 Palestinians, among them 543 children and 128 women, in addition to issuing 1,114 administrative detention orders.

In June, 615 Palestinians, including 92 minors and 24 women, were detained by the Israeli occupation, while 100 administrative detention orders were issued.

In July, ‘Israel’ arrested 513 Palestinians, including 47 children and 17 females, and issued 98 administrative orders.

In August, ‘Israel’ arrested 345 Palestinians, including 46 children and 8 females, and issued 91 administrative orders.

In September, ‘Israel’ arrested 424 Palestinians, including 67 children and 12 females, and issued 121 administrative orders.
