NABLUS, (PIC) – The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched at dawn Thursday a fresh arrest campaign in Nablus governorate in the northern West Bank.
The arrest campaign mainly targeted students affiliated with the Islamic bloc at An-Najah University.
The arrests were accompanied by an IOF large-scale raid campaign across Nablus villages and towns.
The Israeli army often carries out detention raids against Palestinians in the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem, claiming to arrest wanted Palestinians.
Israel currently holds 4,650 Palestinians, including 34 women, 160 children, and 500 administrative detainees in its jails.
