Two Palestinians injured in renewed Israeli attack in Jerusalem

Days of Palestine – Jerusalem – Two Palestinian youths were injured on Wednesday evening when Israeli occupation police attacked them and others in the Bab al-Amud area of Jerusalem’s Old City.

Local sources indicated that a young man was injured by a rubber bullet, and another had a leg fracture after police forces attacked Jerusalemite youths in Bab al-Amud.

Additionally, police in the area fired tear gas grenades at the young men as well as rubber bullets and used a tank vehicle to spray citizens with skunk water.

It is reported that some young men were chased and caught by police during the events.

Israeli police have attacked Jerusalemite young men and citizens who live in Bab al-Amud as part of their efforts over the last few days to seize the territory and facilitate Jewish settlements.
