Almost on a daily basis, basis and typically at nighttime, Israeli occupation forces raid towns and villages in the occupied West Bank to carry out arrests or summon civilians for questioning. This has been part of daily life under the Israeli military regime for decades.

For long years, the Israeli military and security forces have been given the green light to use deadly force solely against the Palestinians who are accused or suspected of attacking or intending to attack Jewish settlers or soldiers, even when they do not pose an immediate threat or try to defend themselves.
