Mikdad suffered from health complications that led to a slower heart rate while in Ramle prison hospital a few days ago and were carried to Kaplan hospital.

The 24-year-old detainee, from al-Khalil, was re-arrested in January this year and sentenced to six months in administrative detention, without trial or indictment, and when it was about to end the Israeli intelligence ordered the renewal of his detention administratively for another six months, which pushed him to declare a hunger strike.
