IOF arrests 7 Palestinians in raids and confrontations in West Bank

RAMALLAH, (PIC) – The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) rounded up seven Palestinians after raiding different areas in the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem (OJ) at dawn Friday.

In Qalqilya, IOF arrested Mahmud Nofal after storming his house. Confrontations were witnessed in the city following the raid. IOF soldiers fired tear gas at the protesters and several injuries were recorded.

In Bethlehem, Mahdi Nawawra was arrested in an IOF ambush at the northern gate of the city.

In al-Khalil, IOF arrested the ex-prisoner Saher al-Khadoor in a military checkpoint near the gate of Yatta village.  

In Occupied Jerusalem, Israeli police arrested ex-prisoner Musa al-Khatib after storming his house in Hizma village, he was released 4 months ago from Israeli jails.

The police also arrested Yusuf Yaqub after storming and searching his house in Qatanna, to the northwest of Jerusalem. 

The Israeli police also raided Bidu village, in Occupied Jerusalem, stormed the house of the martyr Zahran Ibrahim, and arrested two of his relatives. The number of the arrests among the martyr relatives increased to 8 in a few weeks. 

West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem are exposed to daily raids and arrests, especially at night.
