Israeli police detain two Palestinians from Jerusalem

Days of Palestine – Jerusalem – Israeli police detained on Saturday two Palestinian youths in Occupied Jerusalem. 

Israeli policemen intercepted Baker Owayis’s car and arrested him in Ras al-Amud, east of Jerusalem. The police also arrested the Jerusalemite youth Adel Salah at the Container checkpoint, in northern Bethlehem.

Israeli police forces had stormed Silwan neighborhood to the south of the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem on Friday night and were confronted by Palestinian youths. The police forces fired rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas at the youths. One injury was reported within an ambulance crew, according to local sources.

On the other hand, Palestinian youths in Batin al-Hawa fired fireworks at the illegal settlement outposts in their neighborhood.

In Beir Ayyub, the Palestinian youths set fire to the Israeli security cameras and threw Molotov cocktails at the Israeli raiding forces.
