The Israeli occupation forces prevented medical aid to the driver who was left bleeding to death
Palestinian driver was shot dead on Friday by Israeli occupation forces in the village of Silwad, to the northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, local sources reported.
Occupation soldiers manning a checkpoint opened gunfire at the driver while attempting to pass through the checkpoint, critically injuring him before he succumbed to his wounds a couple of minutes later.
The slain driver was not yet identified, but witnesses reiterated that he did not carry out any suspicious acts before he was killed.
Clashes erupted with the Israeli occupation forces in the village in the aftermath of the deadly incident.
The clashes saw Israeli soldiers firing teargas and rubber-coated steal bullet at protesters causing many cases of suffocation from gas inhalation and tens of wounded in the lower part of their bodies.
