TEL AVIV, PALESTINOW.COM — The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu threatened that the occupation state will use “great force” against Gaza, which has been responding to Israeli attacks on native Jerusalemites.
“We will not tolerate acts that harm our land, our capital, our citizens and our soldiers,” Netanyahu was quoted as saying by the Israeli KAN news channel.
“Whoever attacks us will pay a heavy price,” the Israeli premier threatened.
He said the current confrontation in the Gaza Strip could last for “some time.”
Israeli warplanes launched attacks on civilians in the Gaza Strip on Monday evening.
The resistance had warned the occupation state that it will retaliate if the Israeli violations against Palestinians in Jerusalem do not stop.
Over 150 missiles have been fired from the besieged enclave in response to the Israeli violations.
