Israeli forces launch raids and arrests campaign in the West Bank

Days of Palestine – Ramallah – The Israeli occupation forces launched last night and at dawn today, Friday, a raid and search campaign that affected several areas in the West Bank, during which they arrested a number of citizens.

In Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man, Moamen Jaber (24 years), at the Beit Furik checkpoint.

The Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Salem, east of Nablus, and raided the house of Tariq Abdullah Shtayyeh, and wreaked havoc on it.

The Israeli occupation forces also arrested the young Naim Al-Shennawi – the son of the captive Ahmed – after storming the new Askar camp, where violent confrontations broke out between the youths and the occupation forces, which resulted in injuries that reached Rafidia Hospital in Nablus.

Local sources indicated that the occupation forces used live bullets, sound and gas bombs during the storming of the camp, before withdrawing from the camp.

In Qalqilya, clashes erupted with the Israeli occupation forces after they stormed Jayyus.

In Ramallah, the Israeli occupation forces arrested the young man, Ahmed Raafat Al-Ghaliz, from Jalazoun camp at Qalandia checkpoint, and transferred him to Ofer prison.

In Hebron, the Israeli occupation forces arrested Hani Abu Al-Sebaa after storming and searching his home and vandalizing its contents.

Separate areas of the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem witness daily night incursions, interspersed with raids and searches of homes, vandalizing their contents, and terrorizing their residents, especially women and children.
