Palestinian prisoner from Jenin enters new year in Israeli jails

Days of Palestine – Jenin – The Palestinian prisoner Yusef Abd al-Rahman Abdullah Nazzal, from the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, entered his 19th year in the Israeli occupation prisons on Saturday.

The director of the prisoner club in Jenin, Montasser Samour, said that the prisoner has been in detention since 2003 and is sentenced to life imprisonment.

The Israeli occupation authorities are still incarcerating more than 4,500 Palestinian and Arab prisoners for resisting its occupation of their homeland.
