Campaign of arrests, raids in West Bank and Jerusalem

IOF arrests

RAMALLAH, (PIC) – Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested several Palestinians on Sunday night and at dawn Monday during raids in various areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem.

In Bethlehem, IOF arrested Sami Abdul-Jabbar Hasnat, 23, from Dheisheh refugee camp, south of the city, after raiding and searching his family’s home.

In Ramallah, the IOF soldiers arrested Othman Sabah Zebar and Hussam Ata Zebar after they stormed and searched their families’ houses in Kober town, north of Ramallah.

Local sources said that IOF arrested Louai Abu Aliya, from his family’s home in al-Mughayir, east of Ramallah. His brother was arrested last week.

In al-Khalil, IOF arrested Abd al-Hamid al-Sharawna from Deir Samet town, south of al-Khalil, after breaking into his family’s house.

The IOF soldiers also stormed Tayseer Abu Subaih’s house from al-Khalil before arresting him.

In Nablus, IOF broke into the house of Mohammed Hassan Qat, in Madama, south of Nablus, and arrested his young son, Amid Qut.

In Occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli police arrested Samer Munther Attia and Mahmoud Awni Attia after searching their houses using police dogs in al-Issawiya village, northeast of Jerusalem.

The occupation police arrested Muhammad and Ali Affana from their home in Abu Dis town. Luay Jaber, 20, was also arrested from al-Zaim village, east of Occupied Jerusalem.

The Israeli police arrested the boy Omar Ishaq Abu Sbitan from Al-Tur town, in Jerusalem.
