President of the Serbian Republic Alexander Vucic stressed the stability of the Serbian position in support of the direction of the Palestinian leadership, and opposition to any unilateral action by the occupying Power.
This came during his meeting with the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Serbia, Muhammad Nabhan, on Saturday, as the two sides discussed a number of issues, especially the annexation plan, as well as bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them.
Ambassador Nabhan reviewed the position of the Palestinian leadership, rejecting the “deal of the century” and the resultant intention of the occupation authorities to annex occupied Palestinian lands.
He indicated the readiness of the Palestinian leadership to negotiate under an international umbrella from the United Nations and the International Quartet, on the basis of international legitimacy, leading to an independent Palestinian state on the borders of June 4, 1967.
