The Israeli occupation police on Monday decided to ban four Jerusalemite women from entering the Aqsa Mosque for several days after detaining them earlier in the morning.

According to local sources, the police released the women after handing them an order prohibiting their entry to the Mosque and its premises for 10 days.

In the morning, Israeli police forces rounded up and physically assaulted four women during their presence in the Mosque’s Bab al-Rahma prayer building.

They were identified as Umm Ayman as-Sous, Umm Mohamed ash-Shiyoukhi, Umm Annan Ghurab and Ilham Abu Subaih.
