Occupation arrests 16 Palestinians in West Bank

More than 7,000 Palestinians are currently inside Israeli jails

Israeli occupation arrested on Monday night 16 Palestinians in different cities and villages across the occupied West Bank.

Days of Palestine, West Bank -Israeli occupation arrested on Monday night 16 Palestinians in different cities and villages across the occupied West Bank.

Palestinian sources said that the Israeli occupation raided Palestinian homes during the night, searched them and arrested the Palestinian citizens.

According to the sources, a number of the Palestinians, who were arrested tonight, were former prisoners previously released from Israeli jails.

In addition, the sources said that the Israeli occupation forces beat the former prisoner Shadi al-Haslamoun, 23, before arresting him. He is also a former prisoner.

The sources also said that the Israeli occupation forces beat Al-Haslamoun’s parents, who attempted to prevent his arrest, saying he was released from the Palestinian Authority prisons just a couple of days ago.

Human rights groups says that the number of the Palestinian prisoners inside the Israeli jails exceeded 7,000.
