4 Gaza workers injured in construction accident

GAZA CITY (Ma’an) — Four Palestinian men sustained injuries on Saturday after the roof of a mosque they were constructing in the southern Gaza Strip collapsed on them.

Gaza medical official Adham Abu Salmiya said firefighters and civil defense teams arrived at the site of the accident in the al-Salam neighborhood in Rafah and dragged them from the rubble.

Abu Salmiya added that the four workers were evacuated to the Abu Yousef al-Najjar Hospital in Rafah. Medics said the men sustained moderate bruises and wounds, he added.
