The Israeli Supreme Court turned down the appeals filed by the Palestinian hunger-striker Muhammad al-Qeiq to end his administrative detention and restore his freedom after his hunger strike in Israeli jails has entered its 64th day.

2. Qatar Speaks Against the Ongoing Israeli Genocide

Qatar has warned of Israel’s persistence in blockading the Gaza Strip, expanding its settlements, and Judaizing the holy sites in Jerusalem, and committing many violations against the Palestinians and their land.

3. Saudi Arabia Calls for International Protection for Palestinians in the OPT

ppSaudi Arabia asked the UN Security Council to approve a program of international protection in the occupied Palestinian territories including Occupied Jerusalem in accordance with the Fourth Geneva Convention and the related international legislative resolutions.

4. Abductions, Live Fire and Confiscation of Property in Gaza Waters

ppIsraeli gunboats on Wednesday opened machine gunfire at Palestinian fishing boats to the west of al-Sudaniya area in northern Gaza. Israeli forces then arrested four fishermen and confiscated their fishing boat.

5. Child Abduction 

ppIsraeli Occupation Forces arrested Wednesday evening a Palestinian minor at Qalandya checkpoint in northern Occupied Jerusalem after alleged stabbing attempt and two other men at the Container checkpoint to the east of Bethlehem.

6. Razed Houses

ppIsraeli bulldozers Wednesday morning razed two under-construction houses in Mount Scopus and in Shufat district in Occupied Jerusalem for “lacking construction permits”. The first house belonged to Ibrahim Ali Serri and the second to the Jerusalemite woman Kefaya al-Resheq.

2. Price Tag Terrorist Settler Gang Attacks Palestinians & their Property in the OPT, West Bank

pppA horde of fanatic Israelis set fire, late on Saturday evening, to a Palestinian school in Tuba, in northern 1948 Occupied Palestine. The Palestinian school locates in Tuba where locals said that the perpetrators are most probably members of Israel’s terrorist Price Tag gang.

pppIsraeli occupation forces re-arrested by abduction, two Palestinians in the occupied West Bank city of al-Khalil.

 

4. #Extrajudicial_Execution of 13-year-old Palestinian

Israeli authorities handed over the body of a Palestinian teenager to the Palestinian civil affairs department on Saturday evening. The thirteen-year-old Ruqayya Eid Abu Eid, originally from the city of Yatta south of Hebron, was shot dead earlier on Saturday by an Israeli soldier claiming she was intending to stab him near the illegal settlement of Anatot in the OPT, West Bank. Her body was taken to al-Ahli hospital in Hebron, after being received by her family.

5. Torture

pppAmnesty International on Saturday demanded that Israel either release or charge a hunger-striking Palestinian prisoner who the group said has been mistreated and tortured in ways that violate international law. Thirty-three-year-old Palestinian Muhammad al-Qiq began a hunger strike on Nov. 25, 2015 to protest being held in Israeli prison under administrative detention without charge or trial due to his work as a journalist.

6. Road Closure & Siege in the OPT

pppIsraeli forces on Friday issued a notice for the closure of a main road connecting two Hebron-area villages in the southern occupied West Bank, located near the Israeli settlement of Otneil, locals said.

7. Medical Torture

A group of British doctors is pushing for the World Medical Association (WMA) to expel the Israeli Medical Association (IMA), the IMA’s chairman said on Wednesday during a meeting of the Knesset Science and Technology committee.

8. Collective Punishment: Home Demolitions

pppPalestinian family in the occupied East Jerusalem village of Sur Bahir on Friday demolished their own home following an order from an Israeli court.

Khalil Dabash, owner of the home, said that a Jerusalem municipal court ordered the demolition because it was built without proper permits.

9. Incitement of Genocide by Israeli Leader

pppChief Israeli Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu announced Tuesday, on Facebook, that Palestinians should be executed in order to “establish safety in Israel.”

Israeli war crimes in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) 

1. Excessive force & live fire

At least 33 Palestinians have sustained gunshot wounds during new clashes with Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Medics said a total of 15 Palestinians were shot by live rounds, while at least two others were hit by rubber bullets in the al-Faraheen neighborhood of Khan Yunis. One of those injured was reportedly shot in the abdomen, and is in critical condition. Israeli forces shot tear gas canisters at the protesters who set tires ablaze.

2. Child Torture, West Bank

ppThe Popular Committee in Bil’in, in the central West Bank city of Ramallah, has reported that one child was shot with a rubber-coated steel bullet in the head, and dozens of persons suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation, after Israeli soldiers assaulted the weekly nonviolent protest.

3.#Extrajudicial_Execution, West Bank

ppIsraeli forces shoot dead a young Palestinian girl in northeastern Jerusalem claiming she appears to intend carry out stabbing against Israeli soldiers in the district of Anatot, located in northeastern Jerusalem. Locals said that the girl was far from soldiers when she was shot. They also said that Israeli soldiers came close to her body putting a knife near her.

4. Settler Violence: Criminal Attacks on Palestinians & Their Property, West Bank

ppIsraeli settlers have taken over two Palestinian houses in the south of the occupied West Bank, claiming they had bought them despite the Palestinian law banning such transaction.

A group of dozens of settlers accompanied by rabbis broke into a building on Shuhada Street.

A) Revoking Residency & False Charges

ppIsraeli Interior Minister Aryeh Deri has stripped four Palestinians of their residency permits, accusing them of killing Israelis.

B) House Demolition

 Israeli forces have demolished several homes in the strategically sensitive E1 region of the occupied West Bank, displacing at least 17 Palestinians, among them children. Israeli troops forcibly evacuated local residents and bulldozers flattened four homes in the Jabal al-Baba community, on the outskirts of occupied East Jerusalem, on Thursday.

ppUN chief Ban Ki-moon has condemnedIsrael’s plan to seize hundreds of acres of Palestinian agricultural land as part of its settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank.

ppSeveral Palestinians have been injured, Friday, after Israeli soldiers invaded Nabi Saleh village, northwest of Ramallah, and attacked the weekly nonviolent protest. The army also closed the village, and prevented the Palestinians from entering or leaving it.

2) The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has decided to demolish the family home of the Palestinian minor Murad Id’is and to cancel Palestinians’ work permits as part of a preplanned policy of collective punishment. Netanyahu voiced his support for the punitive measures pursued by the occupation army against the Palestinians of al-Khalil city.

3) The Action group for Palestinians in Syria reported that 184 Palestinian refugees, including 21 children, in al-Yarmouk camp in Syria died due to the siege and shortage of health care.

4) Israeli Prison Service (IPS) on Tuesday transferred the Palestinian captive Hassan Shokeh, who has been on hunger strike for 36 days, from Jalama prison to Megiddo jail regardless of his critical health condition.

5) Palestinian patients with cancer on Tuesday organized a sit-in before the headquarters of the ministry of civil affairs in Gaza city for the demand of having their right of treatment and travel. The number of Palestinian patients with cancer in Gaza has reached 14,600 according to statistical reports of the Palestinian ministry of health. Every month, 130 cases get documented in the tumor section of al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza.

10) The orphaned survivor of a fatal arson attack on a Palestinian family will learn, this week, the fate of his family, five months after the attack. Five-year-old Ahmad Dawabsha lost his 18-month-old brother Ali and both of his parents when their home in the occupied West Bank village of Douma was attacked by Israeli settlers in July.

    1) A 19-year-old Palestinian was killed and another was injured after an Israeli settler ran over them both near Salfit city in the northern West Bank Monday evening. According to Israeli sources, a fanatic settler in a speeding car deliberately ran over the two Palestinians who were riding their bicycles. The Palestinian martyr was identified as Khalil Amer from Salfit.

2) The trial of Ahmed Manasra, a 13-year-old Palestinian boy, charged by an Israeli court with two counts of attempted murder, is expected to resume today – Tuesday- in a Jerusalem court. Manasra could face the maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison, his lawyers said. “The allegation against him [Manasra] is not that he stabbed anybody, but that he had the intention to kill,” said Lea Tsemel, Mansara’s lawyer, adding “We will have to prove he did not have that intention, but rather to cause pain and frighten “.

2) A 19-year-old Palestinian teen, Marwan al-Qasrawi, from Jenin, was killed on Sunday by Israeli occupation forces who shot him at Howarah checkpoint to the south of Nablus city. The martyr Qasrawi sustained fatal injuries and was left to bleed to death.

6) The Palestinian Ministry of Health says more than two dozen Palestinians have lost their lives and hundreds of others sustained injuries due to Israeli fire in the blockaded Gaza Strip since the beginning of October last year. The ministry announced on Sunday that 25 Palestinians were killed and 1,400 others injured with live and rubber-coated steel bullets in the Gaza Strip since October 1, 2015.

7) Israeli soldiers shot dead, on Sunday afternoon, a young Palestinian man, allegedly after attempting to stab a soldier, at the Huwwara military roadblock, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus. Palestinian medical sources said the young man has been identified as Wisam Marwan Qasrawi, 21, from Msalya village, southeast of the northern West Bank city of Jenin.

10) The Israeli Prison Service has refused to allow a 45-year old Palestinian prisoner to receive a medically-indicated, lifesaving heart surgery. The prisoner is now in an intermittent coma as a result, and is likely to die unless the surgery is performed, according to local sources.

1- Israeli political circles have voiced their fears recently over European intents to take economic measures against Israel in the next monthly meeting of the council of foreign ministers of the European Union (EU).

2- Violent clashes broke out last night in Yabad town, south of Jenin city, after a large number of Israeli troops stormed one of its neighborhoods.

3- The Israeli Navy Forces opened fire Saturday morning at Palestinian fishermen while sailing within the allowed fishing zone off Gaza shores. No casualties were reported during the attack.

4- The National Movement Committee for Breaking the Siege and Reconstruction launched an electronic campaign marking the 10th anniversary of the blockade on Gaza and highlighting the devastating impact the ongoing siege is having on the lives of the people of the Strip.

5- The Palestinian journalist Mohamed al-Qiq, 33, has entered his 52nd day of hunger strike despite the continued deterioration of his health.

6- Three young men and one journalist suffered bullet injuries during violent clashes on Friday afternoon with the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at the northern entrance to Bethlehem city.

7- Several Palestinian and foreign activists suffered injuries on Friday afternoon when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked their peaceful anti-settlement marches in different central areas of the West Bank.

8- Two Palestinian young men were killed and many others suffered injuries during clashes on Friday afternoon with Israeli soldiers east of al-Bureij refugee camp in the Gaza Strip.

1- Several Palestinian and foreign activists suffered injuries on Friday afternoon when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked their peaceful anti-settlement marches in different central areas of the West Bank.

2- Israeli occupation forces on Friday afternoon shot dead two Palestinians during clashes near al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. Doctors said that 19-year-old Muhammad Abu Zayed had been shot in the head. His body was taken to the al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah. Medics added that at least 10 other Palestinian youths had been shot and wounded by live fire during the clashes.
