Abdel Nasser Farwana, a specialist in prisoners and freedmen affairs, said today, Tuesday, that (1037) prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons have been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison.
In a post on his Facebook account, Farwana explained that among those prisoners (543) were given life sentences.
He said, “The bitter truth that everyone must realize, especially the Palestinian resistance factions, is that hundreds of these prisoners will not break their record except through prisoner exchange deals.”
He called on Hamas to search for tools of pressure that would force the occupation to seriously deal with a new exchange deal and pay its dues.
