17-year-old Abdul-Rahma Ali Abu Jamal was shot multiple times at an Israeli occupation police station in the Jamal al-Mukaber neighbourhood of occupied East Jerusalem late on Wednesday November 14th.
Israeli occupation claims that the boy would have climbed over a fence surrounding the station and ‘stabbed’ three occupation forces’ police officers, injuring all of them ‘lightly’.
He would have then been shot – along with fourth Israeli police officer, who was hit by friendly fire and suffered more serious injuries than his colleagues.
A video released by Israeli occupation shows a kitchen knife Abu Jamal supposedly used. The knife appears to have no blood in the blade, but perhaps some in the handle.
Photograph taken on the site shows Abdul-Rahma Abu Jamal held on ground, bloodied with someone kneeling atop him pushing his head against the pavement with a leg. His wounds were on Thursday described as ‘critical’.
Israeli occupation forces have arrested 10 members of Abu Jamal’s family, including his parents, two brothers and and his sister and threaten the family with destruction of their home which is situated in Jamal al-Mukaber.
